Third Quarter ConsERV Update and Dais Company News
ODESSA, FL | Posted on October 23rd, 2008
The decision to use the patented, AHRI certified ConsERV units was predicated on the significant energy saving benefits, superior product design , low maintenance requirements, and short projected payback.
Bob Brown, Vice President of Sales for Dais Analytic, stated, "Projects of this scope attest to the benefits that our technology delivers, Dais' ability to exceed performance expectations, and that these sales in new and retrofit projects further validate the growing market demand for our high performance energy recovery ventilation units."
Dais Analytic Corporation is pleased to announce that Brooke Evans has joined the management team as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. This addition is the result of Dais' continued growth, and recent filing of a Form S1 to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Evans will be reporting directly to Tim Tangredi, Dais' President and CEO. Previous to Dais Analytic, Ms. Evans was employed as CFO of Power Design, Inc., and prior to that spent several years with Deloitte & Touche, as a Senior Audit Manager.
Mr. Tangredi comments that, "Brooke brings a wealth of experience - experience which is already assisting the Company move forward on the financial front. Her strength in systems, processes, and working knowledge of SEC regulatory procedures and filings is truly an asset to the organization as we layer on more growth and success with not only ConsERV, but several other products to be announced in the coming months."
