CEO of Nanophase resigns: Nanomaterial maker CEO resigns, succeeded by CFO as acting chief executive
Abstract:
The president and chief executive of Nanophase Technologies Corp. has resigned, the nanomaterial manufacturer announced Friday.
Joseph Cross, who stepped down Wednesday, will pursue other management opportunities, Nanophase Technologies said.
He will be succeeded by Jess Jankowski, vice president of finance and chief financial officer, as acting CEO.
