Iannotti as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective immediately.

Iannotti brings almost thirty years of corporate legal experience and will provide strategic leadership and legal counsel for Ecology Coatings and its board of directors. "We are pleased to have Dan join the Ecology Coatings' management team," said Ecology Coatings CEO Richard D. Stromback. "In addition to other corporate transactions, Dan will be responsible for driving our mergers and acquisitions strategy, private placements and assisting our outside patent counsel in securing the Ecology Coatings' IP portfolio."

Prior to joining Ecology Coatings, Iannotti served as a Principal of TheGeneralCounsel.com. During his career, Iannotti served as general counsel for three publicly held companies, including Prodigy Corporation, Hoover's, and Origen Financial corporations. He also spent several years as a staff attorney for Ameritech, now AT&T.

Iannotti holds a BA and MBA from Michigan State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Wayne State University Law School, where he was editor of the Wayne Law Review. Iannotti is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Illinois.

Iannotti, who will report directly to Ecology Coatings' CEO Richard D. Stromback, succeeds Adam Tracy, who has left the company to pursue other business opportunities.
