Altair Nanotechnologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI) announces that it will hold a conference call to discuss financial results for the second quarter, ended June 30, 2008. The call is scheduled for Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Shareholders and members of the investment community are invited to participate in the conference call.
