A conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss the second quarter results will be held on Tuesday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT). Access to the call will be available at 1-800-257-1836 (U.S., toll-free) or 1-303-262-2053 (international), with the conference title: FEI Second Quarter Earnings Call. A telephone replay of the call will be available at 1-800-405-2236 (U.S., toll-free) or 1-303-590-3000 (international) with the passcode: 11117189#. Both live and recorded audio webcasts of the call will be available at the investor relations section of the company's web site at www.fei.com.
The company also announced that its CEO, Don Kania, will participate in a panel discussion at SEMInvest 2008, which will be held in conjunction with SEMICON West on Monday, July 14, 2008 at the San Francisco Marriott, 55 Fourth Street, in San Francisco, California. The slides presented by Dr. Kania will be made available at the investor relations section of the company's web site at www.fei.com.
In addition, FEI announced that it will hold an investor meeting at its headquarters in Hillsboro, Oregon on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. as part of its participation in the Oregon Technology Tour.
