On Monday, June 16, 2008, Tegal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGAL), a leading designer and manufacturer of plasma etch and deposition systems used in the production of integrated circuits and nanotechnology devices, will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and year end of fiscal year 2008, which ended on March 31, 2008. In addition, the Company announced that it will hold its annual stockholder meeting at its headquarters in Petaluma at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time on Tuesday, September 23, 2008.
