Energenics Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energenics Holdings Pte Ltd, announced today it has agreed to appoint Creuros Srl as the Italian distributor for the company's Enercat fuel borne catalyst.

Oxonica chose not to inform us until September 2007. In my opinion, the shift away from the Neuftec technology could explain the unsuccessful trials in Italy. "
