Delegates attended from fields such as automotive, photovoltaic, electronics & chemistry.

Quantum Dot Mission to Germany

Manchester, UK | Posted on April 8th, 2008

Nanoco joined a UK delegation including Nanotechnology KTN and Materials KTN.
Michael Edelman, CEO of Nanoco Technologies gave a talk focusing on applications, žNanoco is working in some very exciting areas with quantum dots.Ó He commented, žIt was a good opportunity to present our quantum dot technology to some of GermanyŪs leading companies.Ó

The event was hosted by her MajestyŪs Ambassador, Sir Michael Arthur at the British Embassy in Berlin. Companies in attendance included Bosch, Q-Cells, and Bayer all there to hear about the exciting advances of quantum dot technology in application areas like electroluminescent displays, solid state lighting and CIGS thin-film solar cells.
