Colin Finan, former Managing Editor of Environmental Policy Alert and Associate Editor of InsideEPA.com, is the new Public Affairs and Policy Associate at the Wilson Center's Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies. As a journalist covering environment and energy issues, Finan regularly reported on nanotechnology regulatory and research topics for Inside Washington Publishers (IWP).
