China Bionanometer Industries Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: CBIU), a leading company within the bionanometer industry, has recently promoted a new series of biological nanometer cosmetics products named "U-SOGNO" after nearly a year of scientific verification, research and experiments. The name comes from the Italian word -- to dream, and therefore the product line's name means -- "One's Dreams Coming True."

The new product line, using the industry's leading nanotechnology, has a series of new and unique characteristics, the most important being the natural function of moisturizing. This natural moisturizing characteristic comes from using plant extract from "Chinese Ganoderma Aloe Barbadensis Miller." By combining the raw ingredient with Collagen Protein Powder Analog and polymer materials, four product lines are anticipated to be created: Ganoderma Nourishment Facial Mask, Aloe Nourishment Facial Mask, Beer Crystal Jelly Facial Mask and Red Wine Crystal Jelly Facial Mask. These products through active absorption are anticipated to make the skin shinier and smoother thus pleasing the intended consumer demographic, which are women between the ages of 21-50.
"Grass From God," or Chinese Ganoderma, is the main raw ingredient of the Ganoderma Nutrition Mask. The active ingredient, "nano-polysaccharide Ganoderma" was extracted using the Company's unique biological nano-technology patents. "Nano-polysaccharide Ganoderma" can be absorbed through the skin actively and quickly, facilitating cell metabolism and supplying nourishment. "Beauty Grass" or the American "Aloe Barbadensis Miller" is the main raw ingredient of the Aloe Nourishment Mask. The active ingredient, "Barbaloin" was extracted using the company's unique biological nano-technology patents. "Barbaloin" can be rapidly formed into a natural, biological, breathable membrane supplying moisture, strengthening one's anti-radiation system and facilitating cell metabolism.
The active ingredients in the beer mask (ferment and vitamin B) help promote instant skin whitening. The main active ingredients of the red wine fruit-frozen Crystal Mask are grape pip (grape polyphenols-anti-aging ingredients) and red wine (resveratrol-resist oxidation), which can be absorbed through skin actively and quickly. The red wine fruit-frozen Crystal Mask with improving moisturizer and equilibrium function has safe amino acid humectants added to it, to resist oxidation and radiation, so as to promote bright and healthy skin.
The Company has possessed exclusive two patents including "Nano-powders Shaper" (Certificate No.: 797010 /Patent No.: ZL2005 2 0078758.3) "Low- temperature Jet Spray Drying Device" (Certificate No.:796794/ Patent No.: ZL2005 2 0078757.9). The term of patent rights are for 10 years respectively, which were authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office of China.
The CEO of the Company, Mr. Chen Min, stated, "With the successful promotion of these new products, we believe that we will benefit greatly from this newly formed market and will surely have a prosperous outcome. We anticipate revenues to increase by 20% over 2007 due to the new series of products alone."
