Vistec Lands E-beam Litho at German Center

Abstract:
Vistec Lithography Inc. (Watervliet, N.Y.) said it has installed a Vistec VB6 electron-beam lithography system at German nanotechnology research center Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe.
