Green Earth Technologies Completes Reverse Merger and Adopts New Name and Trading Symbol to Reflect Focus on Clean Technology

MENLO PARK, CA | Posted on August 15th, 2007

Green Earth Technologies is a nanotechnology driven company that utilizes patented and proprietary methodologies to develop a family of consumer products that are completely natural and bio-based providing the same or enhanced levels of performance as comparable products made from non-biobased material. G.E.T. eliminates the typical "trade-off" consumers must make when purchasing environmentally responsible products by delivering comparable or superior performance at competitive prices. Consumers can now choose to "do their part" without having to give up performance or value…SAVE the EARTH - SACRIFICE NOTHING ™.

G.E.T.'s products, which carry the highest available ASTM ranking for biodegradability, Ultimate Biodegradable, will focus initially on the home, lawn care, automotive and marine markets, including oil, fuel additives, cleaners and solvents. In addition to being good for the environment, many of G.E.T.'s products will replace ones made from toxic chemicals that can be harmful to people.
