On Tuesday, August 14, 2007, Tegal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGAL), a leading designer and manufacturer of plasma etch and deposition systems used in the production of integrated circuits and nanotechnology devices, will report its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008, which ended on June 30, 2007.
