Rising Oil, Bond Yields Pressure Stocks

Abstract:
NVE NVEC jumped up 2.27 to 41.43. The move hoisted shares to 13% above a 36.77 buy point on a deep, cup-with-handle base. The nanotechnology gizmo maker announced Thursday that the U.S. District Court in Minnesota had dismissed a class action lawsuit brought by shareholders against the company.
