Abstract:
Applied Nanoscience Inc. today announced that it had entered into an agreement to settle the lawsuit that was filed in the United States District Court, District of Kansas, on July 27, 2006 by NanoScale Corporation. The terms of the settlement agreement have not been disclosed at this time.
