UT professors to share solar research at conference

Abstract:
Compaan and Robert Collins are eager to share their experience and knowledge in photovoltaic research at the National Solar Conference in Cleveland July 8-12.

The third generation is in the early stages of development and involves applying nanotechnology to photovoltaics. The goal is to combine the high efficiency of the first generation and lower cost of the second generation.
