RIBER : New order, success of the Compact12

Abstract:
New order for a research machine

Compact12 has a market position at the entry level of our machine range. Compact12 is aimed at research laboratories or research institutes worldwide, to carry out academic or basic research in nanotechnology, or to carry out feasibility studies with new materials or new processes. It can be used in particular in the semiconductor, metal, oxide and organic semiconductor fields.
