Abstract:
He says he thinks like a bad guy but works for the good guys. He has used nanotechnology to help PSU oil marketing companies check fuel adulteration in a matter of just eight months.

David Moxam used molecular nanotechnology to kill the oil mafia worldwide and now he's hoping to do the same in India. The story dates back to October last year, when the Petroleum Ministry got into a partnership with Moxam's company Authentix to use nanotechnology to police the oil mafia.
