Bearing Impressive Resolutions
Abstract:
Aerotech Inc. introduces the ABRT Series of rotary air-bearing stages, which can offer 360° of continuous travel with a resolution to 0.027 arc sec. According to the company, the ABRT is designed to meet the exacting requirements of DVD mastering, wafer inspection, high-precision metrology applications, X-ray diffraction systems, optical inspection and fabrication, and MEMS or nanotechnology device fabrication.
