ITRI (Industrial TechnologyResearch Institute of Taiwan), a global, nonprofit R&D organization engaged in applied research and industrial services, today announced that the ITRI Forum 2007 and Career Fair will be held at the Newark Airport Marriott in New Jersey on June 9, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Under the theme of "Innovation and Collaboration Across the Pacific," the 2007 ITRI Forum will feature keynote speeches by ITRI President Dr. Johnsee Lee and Ed Chao, vice president of product management at Alcatel-Lucent wireless business unit.

Co-organized by the Chinese Institute of Engineering, the North
American Taiwanese Engineers Association and Monte Jade Mid Atlantic and
Monte Jade East Coast, the ITRI Forum 2007 aims to discover and develop
opportunities for business collaboration and technology licensing, allowing
participants to fully leverage the respective strengths of the U.S. and
Asia Pacific. The discussion session on innovation and collaboration will
be followed by presentations from ITRI senior management on WiMAX-enabled
personal and home devices, flexible electronics, and open innovation
platform of advanced nanomaterials. The following topics will also be
explored in the ITRI Tech and Biz Exchange.

creating dialogue and forging collaboration opportunities between ITRI and
local industries.
