On Wednesday, June 27, 2007, Tegal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGAL), a leading designer and manufacturer of plasma etch and deposition systems used in the production of integrated circuits and nanotechnology devices, will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year 2007, which ended on March 31, 2007. In addition, the Company announced that it will hold its annual stockholder meeting in San Jose on September 18, 2007.
The Company will host a conference call, which is open to all interested investors, following the issuance of its earnings news release.
