UAlbany hires nanoscale lithography center director

Abstract:
The state University at Albany has hired Timothy Groves to head the Center for NanoScale Lithography.

The center is a joint partnership between UAlbany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and Vistec Lithography.

Groves will direct the center and teach at the college. For the past seven years, Groves has been director of technology for Vistec.
