Abstract:
Inframat, a nanotechnology company headquartered in Farmington, has devised a drug coating for orthopedic implants. And Premise, also in Farmington, is selling a computer system tracking patient use of hospital beds.
These nascent companies, Bronzino notes, are "in the first state of their commercial life, with product, customers and competitors."
