Governor Discusses Economic Development Philosophy

Abstract:
It's a combination of angel capital and venture capital and nanotechnology research and support for our university efforts to try and have the knowledge-based industries and then the capital and wherewithal to help fledgling, knowledge-based industries get off the ground when conventional financing or conventional support might not be there. That's another tool in our arsenal.
