During the interview, Dr. Daugherty talked about the joint development agreement Enable IPC recently signed with SolRayo to evaluate a new nanoparticle-based ultracapacitor technology currently in development by SolRayo personnel. As a developer and innovator of microbatteries and microbattery-related technology (such as "smart cards"), Dr. Daugherty said he was pleased that Enable IPC was able to work with SolRayo on a budding new technology.
