"This order amount is a surge in production rate over last year when
total units produced for Buck Bomb was only 210,004 for the whole year,"
commented Shannon Norwood, MBA, Vice President of Sales for NanoChem's Sea
Spray manufacturing subsidiary. Ms Norwood went on to say, "The expected
order flow from Buck Bomb this year is a direct result of very successful
market tests conducted at Wal-Mart and other Mass Retailers including:
Cabelas, Gander Mountain, Dicks, Sportsman Warehouse and Bass Pro Shops."

Rick Schmidt, President of Buck Bomb, Inc., commented, "NanoChem's Sea
Spray manufacturing subsidiary has demonstrated the ability to produce a
quality product and turn on a dime to get the product on the shelves to the
Wal-Mart and other Mass Retail outlets to take advantage of the opportunity
to sell through products to consumers."

The Buck Bomb product, a revolutionary scent dispersal system helps
both novice and expert hunters achieve their hunting goals. Buck Bomb is
two ounces of pure urine manufactured in an aerosol spray that can be
partially depressed to release the product in bursts or can be locked down
to fog out the entire two ounces. Currently Buck Bomb's products can be
sold in 5,000 stores.

Mathew Zuckerman, NanoChem's CEO and President commented, "NanoChem's
will continue to serve the manufacturing needs of customers such as Buck
Bomb in our core traditional private label business while practicing
"disintermediation" between NanoChem and Mass Retailers by offering our
proprietary nano-technology products under our own brand name and through
our hybrid sales organization to automotive chemical decision makers
throughout North America representing 100,000 retail locations."
