nCoat, Inc. and HPC Announce Grand Opening

WHITSETT, NC | Posted on March 22nd, 2007

nCoat, Inc. (OTCBB: NCOA) ("nCoat" or the "Company"), a nanotechnology coatings company and High Performance Coatings, Inc. ("HPC") will hold their official grand opening at their new headquarters plant in Whitsett, North Carolina on April 6th, 2007. HPC is a wholly owned subsidiary of nCoat, Inc., a 25-year-old Oklahoma company that was founded on the sales of thermal barrier, corrosion resistant, lubritic and appearance high performance coatings for the motor sports industry. nCoat has expanded HPC's market-base to include manufacturers of commercial trucks, RVs, defense applications, motorcycles, aerospace components, aviation parts, oil and gas industry suppliers, energy producers and other sophisticated users, while continuing to provide coatings and services to the after-market customer.

On August 14, 2006, nCoat announced plans to open their new plant strategically located just off I-40 midway between Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA. Public officials from the state of North Carolina joined nCoat executives at this announcement to introduce the North Carolina Nanotechnology Roadmap for nanotech growth.

Since that announcement, Management has worked diligently to execute the speedy transition into the new nCoat and HPC joint corporate headquarters where HPC has already begun daily manufacturing and production. Over 70 people are currently employed at the new plant and Management expects to hire many more people as the company continues its rapid growth. Just east of exit #138 and already a landmark of sorts, the large blue and yellow sign proudly announces HPC's presence to our new North Carolina neighbors and freeway travelers.

"North Carolina has proven to be a superb place to do business for both nCoat and HPC," said Paul Clayson, Chairman and CEO of nCoat. "With our new anchor firmly set, we now have the opportunity in a small way to say thanks to the government officials, business leaders and members of the community for their warm welcome."

In celebration of the move, the Company is pleased to announce the 2007 Cruize "N" HPC Grand Opening, a celebration designed to bring the community and racing industry together for two great events. On April 5th, the Piedmont Dragway (located 10 miles from the HPC plant) plans to celebrate their 50th Anniversary with their annual signature event, recently re-christened as the "HPC Big Dog Shootout." Management is delighted to sponsor this great pro-street racing tradition in the Greensboro area, and look forward to a truly fantastic day.

The following day, nCoat has invited the public to HPC corporate headquarters from 10am-3pm, for the official grand opening of the facility and help the company celebrate the High Performance Coatings world of cars. HPC will feature racecars, classic cars, street rods, import cars, leisure, and other specialty vehicles from a number of clubs and organizations including OTR trucking, recreational vehicles, motorcycles and more.

nCoat and HPC invite all who wish to join the celebration for both events. Find out more about how HPC is making a difference in North Carolina at http://www.hpcoatings.com and visit our friends at the Piedmont Dragway at http://www.piedmontdragway.com or call nCoat at (336-447-2000).
