Ultratech Announces Date of Annual Stockholders Meeting

Ultratech, Inc. (NasdaqGM:UTEK), today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The event will take place at the Company's corporate headquarters in Building 2, 2880 Junction Avenue, San Jose, Calif.
