Ultratech, Inc. (Nasdaq:UTEK) today announced that the company will provide a live webcast of its presentation at the Thomas Weisel Partners Technology Conference to be held on Monday, February 5, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. PST.

The company will also provide a live webcast of its presentation at the D. A. Davidson Technology Conference, scheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2007, at 9:45 a.m. MST.
