Smart Systems Integration 2007

Abstract:
The first SMART SYSTEMS INTEGRATION, European Conference & Exhibition on integration issues of miniaturized systems - MEMS, MOEMS, ICs and electronic components - is to take place 27 & 28 March 2007 in Paris. Out of 138 submissions, the committee has selected 44 papers for presentation at the conference. Keynotes, tutorials, special sessions and poster presentations round off the program.
