Ultra-Precise Positioning System for Nanotechnology
Abstract:
Ultra-high-precision nanopositioning systems of the PicoCube® series are ideally suited for nanotechnology applications. Highest accuracy P-363 piezo positioning stages together with the low-noise E-536 controller offer a unique combination for sub-atomic precision and high dynamic performance.
