Taiwanese Inventors Develop Patterned Carbon Nanotube Process

Abstract:
Shih-Hsun Chen, Chun-Yen Hsiao, Shih-Chien Hsiao, Shie-Heng Lee and Kuei-Wen Cheng, all from Taipei, Taiwan, have developed a patterned carbon nanotube process adopted for an electronic device.
