Nanotech to lead next IT wave: Welland

Abstract:
The next wave of global advances in IT and telecoms will be driven by innovations in nanotechnology, be it advances in computer memory, mo-bile phone flash memory, future digital cameras or the `iPod Nano', said Cambridge University's Prof Mark Welland.
