Nano-tech could boost private firms

Abstract:
The distinguishing feature of nanotechnology is the role it could play in developing the private sector companies, especially small-and-medium-sized companies, said the representative of Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Minister for Amiri Diwan Affairs, at the inauguration ceremony of ‘The International Seminar on Nanotechnology’ organized by Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) Sunday. The minister’s message emphasized the need to chalk out a clearly defined vision for investing in nanotechnology “for the benefit of the investment sector in Kuwait.”
