A prime use of nanotechnology

Abstract:
...nanotechnology has arrived, nonetheless, in something as simple as Behr house paint, which is made in Santa Ana and sold in Home Depot stores nationwide.

With help from $6.5 billion in federal research dollars, American businesses have developed a variety of nanotech-enhanced products, including the paint, which is designed to be longer-lasting and more stain-resistant than ordinary paint.
