Tiny is the next big thing

Abstract:
Jim Diffily has always been drawn to the bigger aspects of Earth and life. The curator of the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, a geologist by trade, has spent more than 20 years studying rocks and dinosaurs.

"The public just doesn't have a clue what this nano business is about," Diffily said. "It's going to be a big part of our future, from electronics and drugs, from consumer goods and medicine. The list goes on and on."
