Sandia Labs broadens its horizons

Abstract:
The lab will rely much more on the development of advanced microsystems machinery, nanotechnology, and computer modeling for all its work, thanks to construction of a $500 million microsystems engineering complex ... and a new Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies that Sandia is operating in partnership with Los Alamos National Laboratory, Hunter said.
