Installation of 50th Nimbus Sputter Deposition System
Abstract:
NEXX Systems, a leading provider of processing equipment for advanced wafer-level packaging applications, today celebrates the installation of the 50th Nimbus sputter deposition system. The system has been shipped for installation at MOXTEK, Inc.'s Orem, Utah facility for the development of nanotechnology-based digital optics components.
