For This Nanotech ETF, Small Is The Big Thing

Abstract:
Matthew Norden says the next big thing in exchange traded funds is really quite small. Of course, he's biased. Norden helped create the benchmark for PowerShares Lux Nanotech. (PXN) In 2006, through Monday, the fund is up 3.54%.
