Hot prospects

Abstract:
For this issue, Mass High Tech's staff writers have identified four sectors to keep an eye on as they mature -- nanotech, health-care IT, software as a service and materials sciences. While these four are by no means the only hot emerging markets out there today, they are ones that have seen some strong activity in the past year.
