Abstract:
Ambient intelligence is a revolutionary technology that promises to bring in higher levels of sophistication to the way users interact with devices in day-to-day activities. A market analysis by Frost and Sullivan finds that researchers have their task cut out in taking ambient intelligence from the conceptual stages into the commercial market. Developments in microelectronics and nanotechnology also expect to spur adoption of ambient intelligence.
