Harris & Harris Group Invests $750,000 in SiOnyx

Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc., announced today that it invested $750,000 in a seed round of financing of privately held SiOnyx, Inc. SiOnyx is developing silicon-based optoelectronic products enabled by its proprietary, "Black Silicon."
