Howard Hughes institute gives $1.9 million
Abstract:
The Howard Hughes Medical Institute has awarded $1.9 million to the Freshman Research Initiative, a program in the College of Natural Sciences designed to involve freshman in research projects. There are several areas of study within the program involving molecular biology, biochemistry and nanotechnology.
