SII, NanoInk ink deal for mask repair tools
Abstract:
NanoInk Inc. and SII NanoTechnology Inc. (SII) Thursday (June 22) said that they have signed an exclusive licensing agreement to provide "nanoscale" repair solutions to the photomask industry.
