£15m nanoscale facility boosts UK developers

Abstract:
Work on a £15m facility for the fabrication of micro- and nano-scale systems at Fife-based Semefab will begin this month. The go-ahead for the fab is a boost for UK developers of devices combining CMOS with other diverse technologies for sensing, switching and biological applications.
