Raymor Closes Financing

Abstract:
Raymor Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RAR), a developer and producer of single-walled carbon nanotubes, nanomaterials and advanced materials is pleased to announce the following: The company has closed a private placement for 8,333,333 units, representing proceeds of $10,000,000 and the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted this private placement, previously announced on April 27, 2006.
