Making a grab for the chips

Abstract:
About 3 years ago, Gov. George Pataki announced the state and TEL would invest $300 million over seven years in a new research and development center at the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering. The state's portion is $100 million; TEL is spending $200 million.
