A “New” Player in Nano-Imprint Lithography
Abstract:
Jack Uldrich: In today’s Small Times newsletter there is an article about the EV Group selling a new nanoimprint lithography system to a German company. This is noteworthy for a couple of reasons. The first reason it is important (at least to me) is because up until today I was unaware that the EV Group even made nanoimprint equipment.
