Wafer supplier wins $1.6 billion solar order

Abstract:
Wafer supplier MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. said it has announced that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to supply wafers worth $1.6 billion to solar cell producer Motech Industries Inc. over an eight year period.
