State budget $387M sweeter

Abstract:
Included in a new list of projects not sought by the governor is one quietly inserted by Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno. It calls for $15 million for "photovoltaic technology advancement" at the Saratoga Technology Energy Park, including setting up an "international nanotechnology photovoltaic center."
